The Bad


  • Saturated fat: Do the opposite role of good fats. People who consume a high amount of Saturated fat, may  increase the chance to develop dangerous health diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

  • Trans fat: It is the most dangerous kind of fats which have a bad effect on your health. Trans fat lead to serious health disease such as cancer, diabetes, heart condition, alzheimer's, infertility, liver dysfunction, obesity and many others. Fat plays an important role in the body’s hormonal systems. It aids the body to keep its core temperature, absorb nutrients, and gives us with energy. And the lack of fat in your body can kill you.
